In Ukraine and Poland, EURO 2012 will take place in 2012. One of interesting things is the incredible 1600 km which separate Poznaň and Doneck, cities where the matches will take place. And because this great event cannot take place in a coal or salt mine, building works of a great stadium, the most modern in the world, were started. The creators of other great stadiums such as in Munich, Manchester or Barcelona implemented also this project. It is the first stadium in Eastern Europe satisfying UEFA Elite-Class standard. The official website of the stadium is donbass-arena.com, available both in English and Russian. After EURO 2012 the stadium will be used for various culture events such as concerts and will become a home stadium of FC Shakhtar.
